Sheri Willis is a behavioral health professional with a comprehensive background in clinical services, group facilitation, and administrative coordination. She holds associate’s degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor–Supervisee (CSAC-Supervisee)and is actively working toward advanced clinical licensure.

Ms. Willis began her career as a Skills Coach in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she supported clients in developing coping strategies, life skills, and treatment engagement. She later worked in an inpatient behavioral health facility in Ohio, serving as a Case Manager and facilitating therapeutic groups, where she gained experience in treatment planning, coordination of care, and group-based interventions. After relocating to Memphis, Tennessee, Ms. Willis continued her work in an inpatient setting, providing group facilitation and supporting clients within structured, high-acuity treatment environments.

In December 2024, Ms. Willis relocated to Richmond, Virginia, to join StarCity Behavioral Health. She currently serves as Administrative Coordinator | Clinical Services, where she supports clinical operations and administrative functions. In addition to her administrative role, Ms. Willis facilitates group therapy sessions at StarCity Behavioral Health, contributing directly to client treatment and recovery. She is committed to ethical practice, collaborative care, and the delivery of client-centered behavioral health services.
